Thanks for using the services at My
Car Club.
When you subscribe to My Car Club, you have the option to cancel your
subscription within 28 days of your initial purchase and get a refund. To
initiate cancellation and refund, please contact My Car Club's customer support
team by email or the support ticket option available in your back office
at https://www.mycarclub.com.
Please ensure you keep the proof of
purchase receipt signed and confirmed for all payments to MyCarClub. Once a
purchase is made, MyCarClub will confirm this via email to the email address
you registered on your application within one hour of purchase.
Multiple transactions may result in
multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
As the payment is for a specific
service and not a product then the requirements of the wrong product sent, product
defective, product damaged due to shipping, or product has been tampered with do
not apply to the customer.
Please note that refunds will only be
issued if you have not used any part of the My Car Club subscription during the
28-day period. The Account setup fee is non-refundable. In case you cancel your
monthly membership, you shall not be charged any further subscription however
the months paid are not refundable.
In the event that you cancel your Yearly subscription within the 28-day period
and meet all of the requirements, My Car Club will issue a full refund after
deducting the account setup fee and one-month subscription. The refund shall be
processed within 10 business days of cancellation and reflection may vary in
your account depending on your financial institution’s policies.
Refunds will be made onto the
original mode of payment and will be made within 10 to 45 days depending on the
issuing bank of the credit/debit card.
